Cancel/ Return Policy

At Hijab VIP, your satisfaction is our priority, and we always strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and high-quality products.

If you wish to return any product, please read the following terms and conditions to ensure your return request is accepted:


First: Return Conditions

  • To ensure a satisfactory shopping experience, we accept return requests only if the following conditions are met:
  • The product must be unused and free from any damage or stains.
  • The product must not be damaged, either completely or partially, and must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, free of any odors (perfumes or incense) or hair strands.
  • The return request must be submitted through Customer Service within 3 days of the order’s delivery date.
  • The product must be handed over to the shipping company after obtaining a return label from Customer Service within the specified period.
  • If purchased in-store, returns are accepted only at the store; returns of products purchased online are not accepted.

Note: Abayas and international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.


Second: Return Period

  • Return requests are accepted only within 3 days of the order’s delivery date.
  • For damaged or incorrect products, returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition and have not been used.


Third: Return Steps

  • Follow these steps to easily complete the return process:
  • Contact customer service via WhatsApp at [+966552811575] during business hours (Saturday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saudi time).
  • Our team will send you an electronic shipping label via WhatsApp.
  • Print the label and attach it to the package you wish to return.
  • Drop off the package at the nearest branch of the authorized shipping company within the specified period.
  • Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected to verify its condition, and then the refund process will begin.


Fourth: Return Cost

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the warehouse (30 SAR), which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The original delivery fee is non-refundable, and only the value of the products will be refunded after deducting the shipping cost (30 SAR).
  • For orders eligible for free delivery, the return fee will be deducted from the total order value.


Fifth: Cases in Which Returns Are Rejected

  • The return request will be rejected and the product returned to the customer:
  • If the product arrives in a condition other than its original state, such as: a used product, a product without its original packaging, or a product missing an accessory.
  • If the product is returned after the specified period has expired.
  • In these cases:
  • The product will be returned to the customer for failing to meet the return conditions.
  • The shipping cost for returning the product to the customer will be deducted (30 Saudi Riyals).


Sixth: Timeframe for Refund

  • The refund will be processed to the bank account within a maximum of 14 days from the date the product arrives at our warehouses.

Note: The refund is processed immediately by us after verifying the condition of the order upon its arrival, and the maximum period includes the bank transfer process.


Seventh: Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
  • Within the first hour of placing the order, free of charge, through your account on the website.
  • After one hour, a cancellation fee of 30 riyals applies, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • If payment was made via bank transfer, the refund may be subject to a transfer fee deduction.

Eighth: Canceling a Return Request

  • You can cancel a return request at any time before the shipment is handed over to the shipping company by contacting customer service via:

Ninth: Tracking Your Shipment

You can track the status of your shipment at any time after the order has been shipped using the tracking number sent to your email.


Tenth: Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return the product and order a new one through the website in a separate order.



Important Notes

  • Abayas are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • Orders within the Kingdom: If the order is not picked up from the shipping company, the shipping and return fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Orders outside the Kingdom: If the shipment is not received, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • There may be slight variations in color tones due to screen settings or lighting.
  • Excess threads are not considered a manufacturing defect and can be trimmed with scissors.
  • Customs duties may apply to international orders depending on the recipient’s country regulations.
  • If the shipment is not received and is returned, a fee of 60 will be charged as a cancellation or reshipment fee for orders valued at 500 or more.
  • If the shipment is returned to us, it is either because you did not receive it or the shipping company was unable to contact you. You must contact the shipping company’s team; if you do not receive a response, you can contact our customer service team (this may result in the return fee being deducted from your refund, or you can request a reshipment after paying the shipping fees).
