Track your order easily

1. Order: Please log in to your account and go to My orders
2. Notifications: Follow the notifications you will receive during the shipping process by notifications sent via email, WhatsApp, and our app.
3. Tracking status:

• Pending: Your order is being reviewed. Expect to be contacted if additional verification is needed.
• Order Processing: Products are being packed for delivery.
• Shipped: Products are packed and ready to be delivered to our delivery partner/ The shipment is on its way from our warehouse to your location.
• Delivered: Shipment has been delivered to the customer.
