What is a return?
It is the return of the product in its original condition at the time of shipment and within the specified time period. After it arrives at our warehouses and passes the quality inspection, the due amount is added to your bank account or credit card.

The shipment was delivered to the shipping company's branch in my area, how can I verify that you have received it?
You can track your shipment via the shipment tracking number on the return voucher sent to your email.
You have received my shipment to be refunded from the shipping company, can you resend it to me?
We can't resend the exchanged shipments as they will be processed and the amount is added to your account balance so that you can reorder again.
If the product has been used or partially damaged, can I return it?
We apologize, used or partially damaged products cannot be returned

Product exchange during the discount period according to the total order?
When returning any product purchased during a discount period that was made according to the total order value, the discount value will be recalculated to the lower value.
Example: The following discounts were made:
buy for 100 riyals and get 5%, 200 riyals and get 10%.
The customer ordered 4 products worth 200 riyals and got a discount of 20 riyals. After that, the customer returned a product worth 50 riyals, so the remaining amount became 150 riyals. The customer has not reached the minimum to get a 10% discount, and thus is entitled to a 5% discount only worth 7.5 riyals.
